Frequently asked questions

What if I don't receive my item?

If you choose the standard or free shipping option, your items will be sent USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority Mail (depending on order volume). If shipped First Class, there will NOT be any insurance on your package. Once I submit the package to the USPS, it is out of my control. It is very rare that a package goes missing (less than 5 times in 12 years), but it is possible.

Can I insure my package?

Yes, absolutely! If you choose the USPS priority mail upgrade, your package will automatically be insured for up to $100. Please note that this does NOT protect your package from porch pirates or accidental deliveries to the wrong area of your house or an incorrect address. Once USPS scans it as delivered, it is considered to be safely delivered and any insured liability ends.

What if I have additional concerns about shipping and/or insurance?

Please contact me before you place your order. There are definitely more options available (along with accompanying fees) for alternative delivery options such as requiring signatures, etc.

How can I adjust the fit of my mask?

There are several easy ways you can change the fit of your mask for a more comfortable experience. The easiest way (and the most flexible, so you can continue to make changes) is to use safety pins to make a loop with the elastic. Some buyers prefer to tie a small knot in the elastic, and others would rather sew a few stitches in the elastic.
